Lead and organize daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
Manage Team employees and coordinate with HR companies
Arrange number of employees according to Weekly / Daily forecast
Allocate daily tasks, provide work guidance and ensure SOP compliance among team members.
Monitor work progress, quality, and efficiency, reporting any abnormal issues to the Supervisor.
Support the implementation of 5S and safety practices within the warehouse.
Conduct on-the-job training for new team members.
Coordinate with related departments (Quality, Transport, Planning) for smooth operation.
Track team KPIs and assist the Supervisor in improving operational efficiency.
Assist in problem-solving and provide improvement suggestions.
Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leading role.
Familiar with basic warehouse procedures and operations (inbound/outbound/inventory).
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline; capable of executing tasks independently.
Good communication skills and team coordination ability.
Able to use handheld scanner/PDA; basic Excel skills preferred.
High school diploma or above; vocational or technical training is a plus.
Willing to work flexible shifts and overtime when required.
Fluent proficiency in English or Chinese spoken language is a positive , with additional points awarded for language learning or application experience.
Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher, and graduating from a well-known university through full-time studies, is considered an additional qualification.
