ABOUT THE TEAMThe Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
What We're Looking For
- You will be responsible for the International Treasury Operations of Trendyol Group across CEE, DACH, GULF, AZ region and other future international investments,
- Direct communication with local/global banks for account management, compliance, documentation and legal processes,
- Handle day-to-day treasury operations, including reconciliations and maintaining strong relationships with global banks and financial institutions (e.g., Adyen, PayPal etc.),
- Troubleshoot issues related to daily operations and FX transactions for group entities,
- Monitoring daily bank balances and ensuring that all accounts are in line with operational needs,
- Participate in international payment method setups and support regular reporting processes,
- Execute payments (suppliers, tax authorities, employees, etc.) accurately and on time,
- Working cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Business teams to deliver effective solutions,
- Support strategic Treasury projects and initiatives, e.g. report automation and model development,
- Participating in digital payment system deployment & payment excellence projects,
- Responsible for providing financial and analytical support, including: daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key financial and operational metrics,
- Develop financial forecast models and collaborate with other functions to improve forecasting,
- Ensure the compliance of treasury operations in line with group policies, and, external regulations,
- Closely monitoring financial markets, providing insights that support treasury decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields,
- Min. 4 years of previous treasury experience in global area.
- Idealy Experience at tech/payment companies, digital platforms and operations is preferred,
- Fluent in English (written and speaking),
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills,
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen,
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with Finance and other key stakeholders and teams throughout the business (including not only Banks but also all type of financial institutions,
- Results-driven, hands-on approach,
- Knowledge of digital cash management & international payment systems is a plus,
- Strong understanding of financial markets (global and local market updates/ratio analysis, fixed income market, currency market, etc.),
- SAP knowledge will be an asset.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
