Open Positions:
Video Editor
- Strong sense of rhythm and editing in line with YouTube trends
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software
- Attention to color grading, sound design, and smooth transitions
Camera & Lighting Operator
- Knowledge of basic lighting setups (key light, fill light, etc.)
- Experience shooting with DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
- Ability to creatively design scenes in small spaces
Social Media Manager
- Familiar with content formats for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Able to create visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Capable of building weekly engagement-driven posting schedules
General Qualifications:
- Residence in Istanbul is a plus
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and creativity
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Available to attend shooting or meetings 1–2 days a week
