QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business Administration, MBA degree will be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent & Development management
- Advanced Excel proficiency and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with SAP learning applications
- Managing Learning Management System and Linkedin Learning platform
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating, developing and disseminating strategies related to all HR processes (learning & development, talent management and succession plan etc.)
- To manage the training budget efficiently and strategically
- Developing projects related to employer branding process
- Leading employee experience processes such as seniority award, volunteering program etc. Supporting diversity &inclusion, sustainability projects
- Stay current on trends in talent acquisition and employer branding, and bring innovative solutions to the table
- Facilitating and ensuring the implementation of the initiatives in line with Group policies and processes by liaising with the all HR teams
- Identifying and assessing future needs through HR strategy, goals, and competencies
