What is Take-Off Cabin?

As the airline that flies to more countries than any other and represents our nation globally, Turkish Airlines is looking for female colleagues who are friendly, highly communicative, customer-oriented and eager to be a part of Turkish Airlines’ growth journey as Cabin Crew members.

Candidates who successfully complete all assessment processes will be recruited under the title of “Cabin Crew Candidate” and will participate in the cabin crew training at Turkish Airlines, which lasts approximately 2 months, and upon successful completion of this training, they will start their flight duties with the title of “Cabin Crew”.

General Requirements

✈ Being a Turkish citizen or blue cardholders
✈ Born between 01.01.1988 and 31.12.2006
✈ Have at least any bachelor’s degree or associate degree specifically in one of the following fields,

Associate’s Degrees:
  • Civil Aviation Cabin Services
  • Civil Aviation Transportation Management

Bachelor’s Degrees:
  • All Programs

  • Graduates from foreign universities must submit equivalency certificate taken from Council of Higher Education (YÖK)

✈ Proficiency in English (Additional languages are an advantage.)
✈ Having no Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record
✈ Not eligible for retirement
✈ Not previously having left Turkish Airlines Inc or other organizations and from previous work due to indiscipline, health problems or contract termination.
✈ Candidates from Turkish Airlines subsidiaries must have worked at least 3 years in their company to be eligible. Those with less experience cannot join the process.


Physical Requirements:

  • Height between 160 and 180 for females (Weight should be proportional to height). Please click here for the Height and Weight Requirements Chart.

  • At the step of checking compliance with physical conditions, since there should be no permanent scars on the body, the following situations are checked in the white parts indicated in the image. For detailed information, please click here to view the image.

  • Tattoo (including those being removed),
  • Piercing,
  • Scar/Brunt/Stitch mark,
  • Birth mark,
  • Large moles,
  • Intense acne and Scar Marks,
  • Skin conditions such as Eczema, Vitiligo.

  • The Cabin Crew Members are required to wear a uniform; please click here to examine the visual created in line with “Cabin Crew Uniform Use and Representation Manual”.

  • Height-weight measurements are taken by Turkish Airlines or organization(s) to be determined by Turkish Airlines.

Application Method and Procedure to Follow

  • The advertisement will remain online until a sufficient number of candidates have been identified. The assessment process will commence in September.

  • Candidates who meet the conditions stated in the announcement above are required to apply to the announcement exclusive through the Turkish Airlines career website. Applications that do not meet specified criteria will not be accepted.

  • Uploaded documents will be checked for eligibility, and candidates who meet the criteria will proceed to the next stage. Therefore, candidates must upload the following up-to-date documents in pdf format, obtained via the ‘e-devlet’ system, under the “CV Attachments” section of our career portal for the pre-document check.

  • Transcript showing Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree of graduation
  • Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record Document

  • SGK Registration
(Under the “SGK” heading, select “SGK Registration and Service Statement” to create a document with a barcode)


Cabin Crew Candidates Assessment Processes

The assessment processes include: Online English Test, English Video Assessment (Online), Online Document Check, Online Inventory Test, Height & Weight Measurement with tattoo and scar check, English Proficiency Assessment (face to face), HR Assessment, Preliminary Medical Check, Medical Check (Airworthiness) and Job Offer. If necessary, changes can be made in the assessment stages.

Notes:

Candidates who meet any of the following conditions from previous cabin crew recruitment processes will not be eligible to apply:

  • Those who are eliminated at the height measurement stage (under 158 cm and above 181 cm)

  • Those who are found to have made a false statement regarding the application conditions at any stage of the recruitment process,

  • Candidates who are detected to have communicated inappropriately verbally or in writing against Turkish Airlines and Turkish Airlines employees will not be able to apply to our announcement.

  • Candidates who are found not to meet the General Requirements will not be able to apply for this job posting.

  • Candidates who are found to have made a false statement regarding the application conditions at any stage of the recruitment process will not be able to apply for this job posting.
