Your Profile – What do You bring as Sr. Project Engineer?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering projects
- Solid knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment procedures
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and SAP for maintenance planning, spare parts tracking, and purchase order requests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma
- Experience in Capex project management and/or leading project’s technical streams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced level of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dynamic, goal-oriented, flexible, and hardworking personality
- High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency
- No military obligation for male candidates (if applicable)
Your Tasks – What You can expect as Sr. Project Engineer?
- Manage and execute maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective) for machinery, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure using internal and external resources
- Ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently
- Conduct root cause analysis for breakdowns and implement corrective actions
- Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance operations using the CMMS; ensure proper system usage across the sites
- Track and improve maintenance KPI’s (e.g., MTTR, MTBF), and implement improvement actions accordingly
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure spare parts availability to minimize downtime
- Monitor and reduce energy consumption by implementing efficiency measures
- Lead small Capex projects and support large-scale Capex initiatives from a maintenance and reliability perspective
- Drive continuous improvement activities and identify opportunities for optimization
- Train and mentor team members on maintenance best practices and improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and overall plant efficiency
