Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines and equipment within the production area, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- Assemble parts and components following detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Conduct basic visual inspections of finished and semi-finished products to identify defects or deviations
- Adhere strictly to production schedules and promptly report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain high-quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 9-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in shift schedules and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and repetitive motions
- Basic knowledge of production processes with a strong discipline to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality
- Strong team player with a reliable and responsible work ethic
Desired Characteristics
- Preferably at least a 2-year university degree
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Willing and able to travel internationally without restrictions
- Possesses strong communication skills
- High level of analytical thinking skills
