Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Performing system engineering activities in the company’s areas of operation,
- Supporting the guidance and daily operational management of the system engineering team,
- Defining and managing requirements for interactive exhibition and experiential systems/subsystems according to user needs and technical specifications,
- Defining and managing electronic, software, mechanical, and functional interface requirements,
- Defining system operational flows and scenarios,
- Identifying appropriate components based on system requirements and design decisions, and providing input to procurement processes,
- Establishing verification strategies within test and evaluation activities, linking them to requirements, and tracking them,
- Conducting and managing system and subsystem verification activities,
- Identifying and assessing technical risks and planning and tracking preventive measures,
- Fulfilling responsibilities in line with project management plans that define project activities, organization, responsibilities, and outputs for the responsible projects and products,
- Preparing job descriptions and technical specifications for subcontractors and managing subcontractor relations,
- Ensuring coordination and information flow among project stakeholders,
- Providing technical opinions and input for documents prepared by other departments,
- Supporting the preparation of proposals and participation in contract negotiations for products and technical services under their responsibility within business development activities, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- Graduated from Electrical/Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience,
- Knowledgeable in System Engineering,
- Ability to see the big picture, think at the system level, and take ownership to complete tasks in a self-motivated manner,
- Team player with strong communication skills, responsible, and capable of interdisciplinary collaboration,
- Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset,
- Dynamic, open to innovation and change, and capable of working in a planned manner,
- Advanced level of English proficiency,
- Basic knowledge of computer network structures, communication protocols, and imaging infrastructures,
- No restrictions for domestic and international travel,
- Preferably proficient in MS Visio and Excel,
- Preferably knowledgeable in management tools such as Canias 4.0,
- Preferably experienced with project management tools such as Monday.com and MS Project,
- Preferably experienced in Electronic System projects.
