About the Role:
We are looking for an Istanbul-based Brand Manager Nutella, who will report directly to the Region Türkiye Marketing Manager Nutella.
Below are the responsibilities and qualifications for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies, marketing approaches, and plans to identify opportunities that align with both short-term and long-term brand and business objectives, aiming to increase brand volume, revenue, and market share
- Lead the creation and production of all brand communication materials across various contact points
- Collaborate closely with CSU, Media, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams to gather insights and consumer knowledge, and use this information to develop and validate the marketing plan
- Monitor, measure, and track the execution of the marketing plan, taking necessary reactive actions as needed to maximize brand ROI
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (a Master’s degree in Marketing is a plus)
- Preferably 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and 4+ years of experience in brand management
- Analytical mindset with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Capable of working in a multitasking and multicultural environment
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus) and familiar with Nielsen & Ipsos databases
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
