Arditi Collection® (www.arditicollection.com) is a luxury furniture brand specializing in high-end, custom-designed pieces for elite clients across North America. We are looking for a Luxury Furniture Sales Executive who can confidently sell premium products, manage complex client needs, and build long-term relationships with high-value individuals and interior design firms.
What You Will Do
- Sell high-value, custom-made luxury furniture tailored to client needs.
- Prepare, send, and track personalized price quotes based on client requests.
- Respond to inquiries via website requests, live chat, and primarily phone calls.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professionals.
- Research and connect with prestigious luxury interior design firms to develop collaborations.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and our design team, clearly understanding and delivering their requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in selling high-ticket items (luxury products or custom furniture sales experience is a big advantage).
- Skilled at selling value rather than just quoting prices, effectively overcoming objections and closing sales in a high-end, luxury market.
- Advanced English (Native or C1/C2-level fluency, both spoken and written).
- Background in interior design or luxury sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with the furniture industry is a plus.
- Comfortable spending most of the workday on client phone calls.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.
- Must have a personal computer and phone to work remotely.
- Must be available to work within North American time zones (EST or PST preferred).
