JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Informing patients about all issues related to the procedure to be performed, ensuring necessary trust and appropriate guidance, and completing the sale,
· Dealing with patient inquiries via email, phone, instant messaging,
· Managing communication processes between patients and doctors,
· Monitoring international patient processes and ensuring patient satisfaction,
· Converting potential customers into sales by informing them about the service,
· Meeting patient requests by coordinating with relevant departments,
· Ensuring patient satisfaction by approaching patient problems in a solution-oriented manner,
· Ensuring post-operation follow-ups of patients, ensuring continuous communication with patients.
