The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:
- Carrying out order management of materials under responsibility
- Carrying out efforts to find alternative materials and suppliers, following domestic and international fairs.
- Cost reduction activities follow up and participating in the work of local and central organizations regarding them
- Coordination of related reporting, including MP/LE reporting, to ensure timely and complete provision provide and prepare relevant reports
- Supporting strategic metal and raw material purchasing processes when necessary
- Being a sustainaibility ambassador and following the necessary projects and developments.
- To fulfill supplier assessment and on-site supplier audit tasks
- Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Laboratory Qualification System, Automotive Quality Management System) to work in accordance with the requirements
- Requesting all necessary declarations and quality system documents from suppliers within the Legal Obligation to ensure archiving
- The Company fulfills all duties and responsibilities that it is obliged to comply with within the scope of the Information Security Management System (ISMS 27001) to bring
- To fulfill the duties assigned to him within the scope of the Company Physical Security System
- To ensure the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to him within the scope of business continuity and disaster backup
Who are we looking for?
The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
- BS degree in Industry, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences
- Analytical skills to make right conclusions
- Preferably Intermadiate English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Advanced MS Office apps knowledge;
- SAP knowledge is an asset;
- Being customer focused
- Analytical thinking
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Starting and completing work, being proactive
- Functional/technical expertise
- Negotiation/bargaining skills
- Problem solving and being solution oriented
- Resilience
