Responsibilities
- Supporting the overall complaint process include CR Hub and the Manufacturer site coordination and preparing monthly PQC Reconciliation and AE Reconciliation Reports.
- Supporting the documentation checks of the release process and Veeva System Management.
- Preparing quarterly trending report.
- Building relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Supporting the documentation checks of the repack process.
- Working in collaboration with other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a 3rd or 4th year university student (with the earliest graduation date 2026 June) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology or Medicine diciplines
- Able to work full time (remotely) for the summer term and min 3 days in a week (hybrid) for the academic term,
- Ideally good level of written and spoken English,
- High proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Candidates with a keen interest in the consumer health industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience,
- Aspiration to explore global company culture,
- Strong communication skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions,
- Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset.
