QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering Departments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering
- Prior involvement in cross-functional or production-related projects is a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Good command of English
- Strong time management, teamwork, analytical thinking, and people-oriented approach
- Living or willing to live on the Asian side of İstanbul or in Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)
Key Responsibilities
- Improve production line performance in terms of cost, quality, efficiency, ergonomics, and safety.
- Take an active role in the installation and ramp-up of the water storage tank production line and upcoming projects; ensure process readiness and performance.
- Conduct process design, layout planning, and feasibility studies for new or modified production setups.
- Perform system, labor, and material usage analyses; optimize workflows and keep documentation updated.
- Lead or support process improvement, time & method studies, and quality-related initiatives.
- Prepare and submit activity reports; monitor performance metrics and coordinate improvement actions to meet production targets.
