Job Description:

WHAT YOU DO:

• Customer service for internal customers and vendors. Communication with vendors on price, products, order status,
• Timely and accurate key entry of incoming orders for UPS operations, Stock level management.
• Maintains and contributes to weekly and monthly reporting.
• Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
• Supports team in identifying ways to reduce costs through competitive sourcing initiatives.
• Helps develop category implementation plans to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Creates complex spreadsheets, documents, reports, and presentations.
• Assists with Requests for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), financial and performance clauses, metrics, terms, and penalties to ensure the best bid among vendors.
• Market analyses to reveal saving opportunities: Internet, trade press, trade fairs
• Supports the execution of contracts within the assigned commodity.
• Previous experience with the Coupa purchasing system – nice to have

WHAT MAKES YOU STRONG:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Experience as a buyer preferable in IT or Supply section - Preferred
• Experience with vendor sourcing - Preferred
• Experience with negotiations - Preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Very good English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
• Very good command of Turkish in speaking, reading and writing. Any other language (East District countries) is an advantage.
