- Assist in the development and execution of learning and development programs to support employee growth.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for enhancing workplace culture and employee experience.
