Key Responsibilities:
This role involves serving as the primary contact, following up with patients after completing their treatments, and managing inquiries. Responsibilities also include contributing to service improvement, maintaining records, and handling complaints.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder with a preferred 1+ year in medical tourism.
- Fluency in French and English, verbal and written, is a must.
- Excellent communication with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
