Order Fullfilment Executive

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Order Fulfilment Executive based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the products offered to customers are prioritized correctly.
• Ensuring that each product reaches the right customer.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams such as planning, logistics, and commercial departments.
• Contributing operationally to improve product flow and customer satisfaction.
• Managing the allocation of products and resources according to defined priorities and strategies.
• Maintaining constant communication with relevant teams and tracking the process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Increasing efficiency in allocation processes and minimizing errors.

• Possessing strong communication skills.

• Managing stress effectively.

• Coordinating and leading efforts across different departments.

• Leveraging technological opportunities to establish a systematic infrastructure.

• Demonstrating proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and SAP.

• Adapting to flexible working hours.
