The RoleWe are looking for a pro-active team player with a passion for travel and great organizational skills, to join our team in Istanbul, providing support to our hotel partners and the hotel supply network.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within Turkish markets, by introducing prospective high potential partners to Trip.com proposition and facilitating the onboarding process
- Promote the Trip.com brand name and its online reservation services to hotels
- Maintain best rate parity, availability and inventory of responsible hotels
- Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions
- Responsible for the assigned market, and conduct the data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.)
- Other assigned tasks and projects etc.
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, partner success, or a similar role within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers and Revenue Directors.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and partner performance.
- Passion for travel and technology, with a strong understanding of the online travel ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dynamic, positive, and a good team player
- Legally authorized to work in Turkey
