Role Summary and Impact:
As an Manager, Implementation Planning you will take ownership of overseeing the end-to-end execution and optimization of media campaigns while managing and mentoring a team of Senior Implementation Planning Executives. Acting as the bridge between the Implementation Planning Director and your team, you will ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including activation, analytics, and trading. You will also play a key role in client communication, presenting campaign strategies, results, and recommendations directly to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to agency trading deals and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in campaign performance.Skills and Experience
- Client budgets are to be managed with the highest integrity, ensuring accurate tracking, minimal wastage, and adherence to agreed limits.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various channels (reserved media, social, search, programmatic, e-commerce, etc.), ensuring they meet client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and mentor Senior Implementation Planning Executives, delegating tasks effectively and reviewing their work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading presentations on campaign strategies, performance, and insights while addressing client needs and expectations.
- Work closely with the trading team to ensure campaigns align with agency trading deals and partnerships. Coordinate with activation and analytics teams to monitor campaign pacing, budget allocations, and performance across platforms.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- Ensure creative assets meet required specifications and taxonomy is correctly set up for accurate tracking and reporting. Address any revisions needed by collaborating with clients or creative agencies.
- Review and validate consolidated reports from activation teams to ensure accuracy and relevance. Interpret the data effectively to identify key insights and client needs, ensuring that presentations for clients and internal stakeholders are clear, actionable, and aligned with campaign objectives. Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Integrate new features and innovations into client strategies to drive better results.
- Collaborate closely with the Implementation Planning Director to align on strategy, share updates, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
