Qualification
• Minimum of working on the construction of 1 Data Center.
• Fluent English speaking.
• Relevant degree from a recognized university with a minimum relevant experience of over 8 years.
Job Description and Responsibilities
• Monitoring permit related issues, communication with the landlord if necessary.
• Contributing in stage 3 and 4 civil and architectural design.
• Setting up the PmWeb approval processes.
• Manage civil and architectural works and infrastructure.
• Ensure timely completion of all work.
• Perform daily checks of the execution. Report alignment of the execution with design and standards.
• Checking payment certifications and change orders.
• Reviewing and approving technical and material submittals.
• Contributing in health and safety at site.
