What You'll Be Doing?
- Ensuring the resolution of all legal processes arising from labor law and carrying out the necessary guidance and work related to preventive law within the company.
- Monitoring labor lawsuits involving the company through external offices and reporting regularly.
- Participating in mediation sessions on behalf of the company.
- Responding to daily consulting questions from other departments.
- Contributing to internal disciplinary processes and preparing documents such as defense request forms, written warnings and termination notices.
- Prepare policies and procedures to be communicated to employees and/or follow up on policies and procedures prepared by departments.
- Represent the company before public institutions and organizations and fulfill the requirements of letters communicated to the company by public institutions and organizations.
- Follow legal changes in the field of labor law and ensure the company's compliance with these legal changes.
- Work closely with relevant legal and business teams to ensure the implementation of new business models within the company.
What You'll Bring?
- A bachelor's degree in law is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in labor law is required.
- Experience in the technology or consumer goods sector is preferred.
- Strong skills in using MS Office tools.
