About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Istanbul Office as part of the Region Türkiye & IPA and HCo (Hazelnut Company) Türkiye Legal Team. In this role, you will report directly to the Ferrero Türkiye General Counsel and gain significant exposure to the company's internal legal processes. As a member of the shared function, you will support both Ferrero Cikolata (Region Türkiye) and Ferrero Findik (HCo) companies. Your role is vital in providing legal guidance and governance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of capabilities and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts across various areas such as procurement (raw & pack, general, media, technical), logistics, warehousing, sales, distribution, leasing, outsourcing, construction, third-party manufacturing, marketing, and other legal documents from vendors, customers, and third parties, ensuring compliance with local laws and Group Policies.
- Provide daily legal advice and act as a business partner, offering legal opinions on all matters including operational and supply issues, industrial projects, food law and regulations, marketing campaigns and projects, and advising multiple stakeholders across various business units.
- Prepare, review, and implement corporate governance activities such as Board of Directors Meetings, resolutions, General Assembly Meetings, and Powers of Attorney.
- Stay updated on developments in anti-trust, data protection, anti-bribery, and corruption laws, implement relevant policies and programs, and deliver compliance training to ensure business stakeholders align with Group Policies and local legislation.
- Liaise with external legal firms, monitor outside counsel, track expenditures, and negotiate with regulatory authorities and other commercial partners as needed.
- Keep the Ferrero Türkiye Legal Counsel informed on legal concerns and key corporate, contractual, regulatory, and commercial matters and disputes in the region.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is a plus)
- Preferably minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge and experience in contract management, commercial, corporate, civil, and anti-trust laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in research, analysis, reporting, and time management
- Interest in legal technology
- Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Turkish
