- Ship production-ready updates to the AppStore every week — with ≥95% on-time release rate, zero critical regressions, and ≥99.9% crash-free sessions across all supported Android versions and devices
- Consistently identify and optimize UI performance each quad, with measurable improvements
- Automate tests across all new and critical-path features — covering logic, UI flows, and regressions — with zero-blocker gaps at release time
- Own mobile features end-to-end — delivering 100% of assigned features on time, with blockers proactively resolved across design, backend, and product

- Optimizes mobile performance end-to-end: cold starts, rendering, memory, and network efficiency
- Proactively reduce complexity by designing reusable components and identifying dead code or technical debt
- Solves from first principles — evaluates tools, patterns, and SDKs based on impact, not convention
- Sets up and maintains CI/CD pipelines (Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise etc.)
