Job Description
Your Mission
Analyzing customer needs and offering the most suitable technical solutions.
Collaborating with the Baking Center team to develop new products when current offerings do not meet expectations.
Conducting market and competitor product analysis, reporting insights to relevant departments, and following up on necessary actions.
Planning and executing customer visits, demos, trainings, and in-house events based on market needs.
Performing regular field visits individually or with the sales team.
Coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quality) to support company targets.
Addressing quality complaints in collaboration with the quality department.
Closely monitoring market trends and innovations to propose proactive solutions.
Meeting monthly and annual activity targets and reporting accordingly.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident, curious, and persuasive
Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and team player
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
No travel restrictions; open to frequent field visits
Proficient in MS Office programs
Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives
Residing or willing to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in bakery or bread-making industry
