We seek a proactive HR Generalist who is diligent and meticulous to support our growing Human Resources function. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role plays a key part in delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees, managers, and HR leadership to provide support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.
This role will be based in Istanbul site, where we operate a hybrid working model of 4 days a week on site, 1 day working from home.
- Support Human Resources department for Turkey & Azerbaijan in implementing HR initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Assist and take role in talent acquisition activities including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews and onboarding processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Assist with employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Help lead employee relations issues by gathering documentation, participating in investigations, and providing support in resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through consistent application and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and Legal as needed. Prepare HR reports and metrics for audits.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Fluent English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Familiarity with data reporting and HR analytics.
