Your main missions

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Recruitment and onboarding activities,
• Young talent program activities,
• Audit process activities,
• Responsibility of HR guidelines activities,
• Responsibility of employee engagement, employer branding and employee performance deployment,
• Conducting of employee disciplinary processes activities,
• Supporting of audit, CI & Suggestion System, HSE and administrative activities.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education,

You have a minimum of 3 year experience in a similar position at international companies,

You have complex and analytical thinking regarding business processes and their interactions,

You are team, and target and solution-oriented way of working,

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,

You have advanced level English skills to contact our partners internationally and German is a plus.
