HR – Luxury Makeup Brand
Location: ISTANABUL/TURKEY Full-Time
We’re launching high-end beauty brand and looking for a talented HR specialist to help us build a world-class team and culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
Build a strong, inclusive company culture
Manage performance, training, and compliance
employees payroll.
Develop HR policies and support leadership on team matters
Requirements:
3–6 years in HR, preferably in beauty and makeup brands.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Nice to Have:
HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Passion for luxury beauty and branding
