We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Chief to join our team — someone with a passion for guest relations who is ready to grow into a future leadership role within our department.
This position goes far beyond routine front desk duties. You will be actively involved in delivering personalized service, handling guest feedback, and ensuring our guests feel truly valued throughout their stay. Working directly with the Front Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the operational dynamics of hotel management and develop the skills required to become a future leader in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in welcoming and farewelling guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Support guest relations efforts by delivering thoughtful, personalized service
- Address guest complaints and feedback efficiently and empathetically
- Monitor and follow up on special requests, preferences, and guest notes
- Contribute to VIP handling, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
- Provide operational support to the Front Office Manager and, when needed, assist with team coordination
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A guest-centric mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative attitude
- Prior experience in front office or hospitality roles is preferred, but not essential
- Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
- Fluency in the local language is required; English proficiency is highly valued
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays
