Job Description
Support new and existing clients in the field of Intelligent Analytics (iA) in order to achieve the planned revenue, profit, profitability and customer satisfaction. Proactively search for new clients and opportunities on the market focusing on FMCG but also other industries where organized trade is present.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the growth of the Intelligent Analytics business in the Area, by delivering assigned revenue targets.
- Develop client relationships with previous/ existing clients and new clients at senior management levels through the creation of a positive climate and demonstration of relevance for the client’s business.
- Identify client needs, diagnose client issues and agree on solutions that fully support clients’ objectives and deliver high growth for our iA business, liaising with client management personnel to ensure alignment.
- Deliver high value to clients through solutions that emanate from properly priced, clearly defined projects using iA products that have a demonstrated return on investment.
- Drive value from new iA models/ products by selling these to clients
- Promote and market a specific service(s) within the Intelligent Analytics portfolio internally and externally through presentations, attending meetings and similar events; contribute to knowledge management about clients locally.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, confident, highly organized individual, self-managed and comfortable with multi-tasking but focused on delivering to agreed deadlines. They need a ‘can do’ client-centric attitude, a willingness to immerse themselves into the organization’s business methods. Building rapport with key stakeholders is essential, so you should be comfortable working across all business functions and interacting with clients to ensure we deliver clients focused solutions that are fit for purpose, commercially viable and deliver value.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years FMCG / research or consulting agency experience
- Focused on helping the client win in the market
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Turkish
