We are looking for a Financial Control and Reporting Assistant to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing financial and analytical support to achieve the Company’s financial and strategic objectives.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register to ensure completeness of Asset List.
- Maintenance of Cash-Flow Spreadsheet to enable decisions to be taken to funding requirements.
- The process of collecting, understanding, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting information that will support management decisions to support in drafting Budget and LT Financial Plans
- To develop cost control mechanisms and be Responsible for understanding and translating financial data into meaningful information for both the affiliate and the international finance.
- To provide the highest quality financial reporting and analysis to the Country management team, the Region management team, and International Finance. Responsible for the process of collecting, sorting, summarizing, and distributing the right financial information to those who need it.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a multi-national company is highly desirable.
- Preferably knowledgeable about IFRS and reporting standards
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with Financial systems/applications such as MS Navision,
- Experience with Oracle Fusion would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting and ability to explain financial know how to non-finance people,
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Willingness to work in Kocaeli
