Description
We are looking for External Services Responsible who will handle the following;
• Responsible for cleaning organization, secretarial tasks, general office arrangement
• To deliver and pick-up mail, messages, documents, packages, and other items to and from government offices, the post office, or any other location that may be requiredopen and close office daily
• To deal with basic administrative duties
• To coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in same or similar job
- Proactive, hardworking, responsible employee with a can-do attitude, willing to work flexible hours and handle flexible workload.
- Having completed Military Service for male candidates.
