We are looking for a Department Assistant for our Human Resources Department. Department Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of Human Resources Department and will be directly reporting to the Human Resources Director.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the calendar and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, yearly internal/external meetings for HR Director
- Manage the daily incoming and outgoing calls and organize business travels for department employees
- Support HR processes in order to ensure operational excellence
- Responsible for organizing events / meetings for the HR Team
- SAP knowledge is a plus in order to managing department’s purchase orders
- Monitor budget and expenditure for the department
- 4 years university degree
- Min 5 years of experience in related job assignment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
