Demand Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining the consensus 18 months rolling Demand Plan for Finished Goods and VISITS at multiple levels of aggregation, using statistical models within APO, and utilising insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Demand Planner manages the flow of supply to secure 100% stock availability and efficient inventory levels. S/he ensures alignment with the company's financial plans and works closely with his/her peers in Red Bull Türkiye to develop, implement and share best practices in alignment with PPL HQ.
Job Description
DEMAND PLANNING
Responsible for managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and meetings for Finished Goods products and VISIT/POS items.
Responsible for the monthly cycle of SAP IBP tools and ensure fully adherence of demand planning steps of process.
Responsible for analyzing the historical sales data, trends, compare/choose the proper forecast models in SAP (item by item), and determine the Operations Forecast for proposal during S&OP meetings.
Collaborate with Sales to understand the sales demand plan, challenge assumptions, drive root cause analyzes to understand error in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies.
Foster collaboration and chair meetings with key Customers to maintain knowledge of customers practices and achieve consensus forecast.
Responsible for providing 18 months rolling forecast for Finished Goods and VISITS, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework.
Create a robust planning function to support continuous improvement for the Business.
Support the achievement and reporting of Forecasting Targets.
Provide to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager with Insights to conduct fact-based portfolio management.
SUPPLY PLANNING
Translate SKU monthly forecast to executable and effective supply planning according to the specified agreed guidelines from PPL HQ.
Responsible for the monthly cycle of SAP IBP tools and ensure fully adherence of supply planning steps of process.
Lead solutions of Demand and Supply imbalances.
Establish and manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks, inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines. Alert to the Operations Manager in case of risks in inventory management.
Manage product transitions of New and Phasing Out SKUs.
Manage 3PL rework program to ensure 100% availability.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of Material Master Data.
Provide to the S&D Planning Manager with a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound and outbound volumes.
Participate in the identification and assessment of the impact of changing the customer base.
Related to VMI Customers, track customers stock levels, create replenishment orders to ensure customers maintain the target days of supply and communicate to the customers changes in demand/supply providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
TECHNICAL
Effective usage of SAP, SAP IBP Excel Add-in and SAP APO
Advanced MS Office skills, specially Excel. Must be comfortable working with Pivot tables, moderate excel formulas.
Power Pivot, SQL, VB, Power BI active usage is highly desired
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in areas of Demand & Supply Planning, Sales forecasting and Marketing activities.

Additional Information
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Fields (i.e. Industrial Engineering), Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field is a plus
