Are you a problem solver with a passion for technical expertise and customer-focused solutions? KONE is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide cutting-edge technical insights that drive innovative solutions in New Building projects. You will play a key role in ensuring KONE’s offerings align seamlessly with customer needs, transforming ideas into optimized technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored technical solutions for customers
Engage in early customer interactions, ensuring KONE specifications are included in building plans
Define solution scope, costing, and lead times in cooperation with various business functions
Perform technical site surveys, traffic analyses, and energy calculations
Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support installation and maintenance teams in ensuring long-term solution efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic)
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
3-5 years of experience in elevator or related industries
Strong understanding of industry regulations and CAD/BIM tools
Excellent solution selling, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Comfortable using engineering and data analysis tools
Innovation-driven with leadership qualities
