About the Role
As HR Compensation and Benefits Professional you'll be leading our Fintech partnership’s Compensation and Benefits initiatives. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our compensation and benefits strategies for the Fintech partnership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, leveraging a data-driven approach to make informed decisions that align with our company's goals and values. We're a fast-paced, agile organization, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to make a positive impact on our ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinating and implementing C&B programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth,
- Developing and managing competitive compensation packages, benefits , LTI and bonus programs that align with companies business goals and culture,
- Conducting regular market research through external consultants and vendors to ensure compensation packages remain competitive,
- Conducting grading and job evaluation for the new and existing positions,
- Providing salary proposal for new hires, promotions and transfers in line with company strategy,
- Preparing and analyzing market benchmarks and data,
- Following HR OPEX and budget,
- Taking active role in various Compensation & Benefits projects including system iterations.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of previous experience (min 2-3 years in Compensation and Benefits),
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Maths, Statistics and/or related fields,
- Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, annual salary cycles and off-cycle salary adjustments,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
- Fluent in English, comfortable in both written and oral communication,
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment,
- Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
- Excellent knowledge of excel
