What you’ll do at Elekta
The Clinical Marketing Specialist plays a dual role: supporting the development of clinically driven marketing strategies and activities to drive sales and market expansion. This position ensures that clinical messaging is accurate and compelling, while also enabling the sales team to effectively promote and sell the company’s solutions.
This position is preferably based in Turkey but it is possible for it to be based in other countries in the region. The role includes 50% travelling.

Ability to build strong relationships with partners, clinicians, and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working cross-functionally in matrixed environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and deliver clinical marketing content
What you bring
You bring a unique combination of clinical expertise and marketing acumen. You are excited about making a difference in cancer care and have a keen eye for turning technical knowledge into compelling messaging. You also have:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in either Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering or Marketing
3+ years of experience in clinical marketing or healthcare sales support
Strong understanding of healthcare clinical environments (preferably radiotherapy, oncology, or medical devices)
Previous experience in radiation oncology, cancer therapy, or medical device marketing. The latter is meritorious towards the others.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms
Strategic thinking with strong project management capabilities
Multilingual proficiency
Willingness to travel up to 50% to support partner training, events, and exhibitions
