Job Description
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Take an active role in the preparation and presentation of meals
- Contribute to the creation and development of menus
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders efficiently
- Support the training and development of kitchen staff
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Committed to hygiene and safety standards
- Team player with good communication skills
- Creative
