Responsibilities:
Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
Provides product and service information to customers
Cooperation with Quality Management & Planning to ensure new products are set up in the system
Ensures correctness and completeness in cooperation with local entities and customers
May ensure administrative support and organization for customer trainings
Qualifications:
Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
