Job Description
Location: ADM Wild Gida – Turkey
Reports to: Region Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Execute finance and controlling tasks, including P&L management and month-end closing.
- Support financial reporting, ensuring compliance with tax, US GAAP, and Local GAAP.
- Provide financial training and consulting to non-finance staff to enhance awareness and accountability.
- Manage documentation and official approvals/signatures.
- Collaborate with operational teams, offering financial insights and problem-solving support.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Prior finance/controlling experience preferred.
- Strong command of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP, Excel (mandatory), and Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage complex problem-solving situations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
