Description
- Management of daily operations of accounting function,
- Management of proper and accurate recordings and reporting in SAP system,
- Management of monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes as per the group guidelines and deadlines,
- Performing regular Inter-company reconciliations,
- AR and DSO or over-due review and reporting,
- 3 way match and AP process controls,
- Coordination of financial audit processes, TFRS&KGK reporting with auditors,
- Running renewal process for insurance policies and claim processes,
- Performing SOX controls as per the group guidelines,
- People, performance and career management of accounting team
Requirements
- Self motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Demonstrated ability to work in high demanding, tight deadline and multi-cultural environments,
- Ability to lead the change,
- 10+ years experience in accounting and finance,
- Experience in general accounting, cost accounting and management accounting,
- Long term knowledge and experience on local tax regulations and Turkish commercial code,
- Expertise in TFRS & KGK reporting and in management of Inter-Company transactions and transfer pricing,
- Familiar to internal controls on financial processes, SOX and US-GAAP,
- Experience in team management,
- Long term SAP user experience in accounting and reporting modules is a must,
- Having CPA is a must,
- Fluent in English
