We are looking for a motivated and thorough Warehouse Replenishment Planner to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is a crucial operational role, reporting to a manager in the SCM MPS & Supply Planning team. Work at the core of our European supply chain, collaborating with logistics centers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize production flow and inventory.
Your Responsibilities:
- Convert system demands (purchase requirements) into Stock Transfer Orders between primary and secondary warehouse.
- Set-up and maintain the right planning parameter to have an efficient replenishment of the 2nd warehouse with the focus to automize replenishment as much as possible while having the right level of stocks to ensure a good product availability and achievement of company inventory goals. Align supply planning parameter regularly with sales and align on the replenishment strategy per material/customer. Safety stocks and MOQ’s should be aligned with sales
- Track and manage stock transfer orders and initiate measures to resolve issues (e.g. delays, out-of-stock, no confirmation,…). Work closely with goods issue and goods receiving department.
- Allow no past dues in Stock Transfer Orders
- Identify missing finished goods and expedite orders where required
- Active communication and escalation of bottlenecks to the respective CSC
- Responsible for inventory management (phase in, phase out)
- Review and manage change requests from Sales (Order Enquiry, Quick Seal, Priority and Emergency Request Workflows) and Production
- MDG process for Plant extensions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- University degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s or higher)
- Proven SAP experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle priorities in a dynamic setting
- English language skills are a must have
