• Ensure that all operating equipment is maintained
• Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked
• Help minimize waste, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipment
• Report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to management
• Ensure guests receive the prompt, courteous and helpful attention they require
• Provide F&B service in line with departmental standards and Raffles procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features
