About the Team

We are expanding our Production-Manufacturing and Assembly team across Sakarya and looking for VS Production Team Leader to join us in Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

What you can look forward to as VS Production Team Leader:

• Carrying out production fully and on time, in line with the production schedule, by using available resources in the most effective way.
• Monitoring, improving, and taking action to ensure operator compliance with absenteeism, quality, efficiency, discipline, 5S, waste, and defect indicators.
• Preparing and publishing the shift plan of the next week's production lines.
• Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with ZF company standards and regulations, while contributing to a safe working environment.
• Collecting and analyzing statistical data related to process downtime in manufacturing, including TPM and OEE studies.
• Leading continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Reducing costs and scrap through effective use of resources in production.
• Leading and actively participating in production efficiency projects.
• Closely monitoring and implementing occupational safety improvement activities.

Your profile as VS Production Team Leader:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience in machining and assembly processes
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High motivation for learning and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Demonstrating competence in problem-solving and eager to learn.
