We are looking for Treasury&Financial Risk Specialist to join our Treasury&Financial Risk Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 2–5 years of professional experience in banking or in Treasury/Finance departments of corporate organizations,
- Solid understanding of banking operations, treasury management, and corporate finance,
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications,
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset,
- Strong communication skills,
- Strong team player,
- Being pro-active and results-oriented,
- Ability to adapt to changes,
- A willingness to acquire new skills,
- A passion for continuous improvement of processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate relationships and negotiations with domestic and international banks,
- Execute daily treasury operations and monitor the cash flow of the company and its international subsidiaries,
- Manage and track domestic and international guarantee processes, including system entries and documentation follow-up,
- Record all treasury and derivative transactions in SAP,
- Prepare month-end reports for internal departments and Sabancı Holding,
- Maintain effective communication with international financial institutions such as IFC and EBRD, ensuring accurate and timely reporting,
- Support corporate finance projects as needed.
