We are currently seeking a Tech Reporting Specialist II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Tech Reporting Specialist II at ICON, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our reporting capabilities by delivering comprehensive analyses and insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will contribute to the optimization of technology performance through advanced reporting solutions and data interpretation.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and maintaining complex reports that analyze technology performance metrics, trends, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and ensure the accuracy and relevance of data.
- Automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on report findings to inform strategic initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with reporting standards and maintaining thorough documentation of reporting procedures.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information technology, data analysis, or business analytics.
- 2-4 years of experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in a technology or operational environment.
- Proficient in data visualization tools and reporting software, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets clearly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
