Job Description
- Responsible of organizing all departments activities (WS, outdoor activities, etc.)
- Be member of digital transformation projects for the team
- Organizing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly meetings with stakeholders
- Documentation, organization, protocol, and related follow-up procedures
- Providing departmental support on a process-by-process basis when necessary (website development, archives, etc.)
- Supporting departmental purchasing processes
Qualifications
- Studying in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or other relevant departments at universities (Being a 3rd/4th year undergraduate or master)
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Eager to learn new things, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
