Job Responsibilities -Responsible for Supplier Management follow-up system development, including but not limited to: assisting social compliance routines and supplier visits. -Responsible for managing and follow up CAP (Corrective Action Plan): based on onboarding and existing audit results, enforcing and supporting suppliers to take actions to rectify identified issues and improve social compliance performance; -Responsible for various training content development, including but not limited to: assisting social compliance audit plans for suppliers, managing the quality and accuracy of onboarding and existing audit reports; -Responsible for continuously improving social compliance performances across the supply chain: implementing plans to improve performance through providing training, and compliance activities; -Responsible for SHEIN Supplier Grievance Mechanism System to enhance and improve the working conditions, environment, and labor rights of workers in SHEIN’s supply chain in Türkiye Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Business, Economics, Sustainability, or Supply Chain Management. -Background on training content development, open to provide onsite/offsite training to different level of target groups -Background on CAP management, remediation methods and follow-ups, -At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the social compliance and social responsibility field within the garment and textile industry. -Fluent in Turkish and English to communicate effectively; fluency in Chinese will be highly advantageous. -Ability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Travel is required, if necessary.
