Senior Director Creative Strategy will focus primarily on developing the creative strategy for Coca-Cola Trademark Eurasia & Middle East and the Global Network. This role is part of the Eurasia & Middle East Creative Strategy community and the Global Coca-Cola Creative community.

  • Oversees the creation and production of content and advertising materials for all Coca-Cola plans in Eurasia & Middle East.
  • Collaborates with the Global Category team to define opportunities for brand growth, both within and beyond the regular IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) plans, and translate them into amazing content and actionable strategies.
  • Works closely with extended teams to develop End-to-End Plans behind different initiatives.
  • Leads Global and Regional Charters in collaboration with the Global Team and other Operating Units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the creative strategy and development across marketing sub-functions (including but not limited to Design, Social Strategy, Connections, Human Insight, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, Digital, Media, and Global StudioX).
  • Partners with Operating Unit Brand Teams to shape brand/platform vision and growth strategy, including input on investment recommendations.
  • Authors and aligns stakeholders to IMX briefs; leads agency briefings and develops measurement strategies for campaign effectiveness.
  • Translates killer insights, identified with the Human Insights Team, into powerful Creative Strategies and Briefs.
  • Builds and manages brand storytelling platforms with consistency and strategic continuity across formats and connection points.
  • Develops and manages Core Creative Ideas for global, regional, local, and long-term brand platforms.
  • Amplifies and translates Global Core Creative Ideas into local relevant and contemporary communications that mobilize the Coca Cola Company system and drive Brand Love (Equity) and Brand Value (Transactions, Weekly+ Consumers, Baskets, etc.).
  • Ensures all brand expressions align with Brand Essence and Architecture.
  • Oversees execution plans that express the Core Creative Idea with consistency and craft.
  • Relentlessly pushes for innovative, social-first, consumer-centric brand experiences.
  • Collaborates with counterparts across all 9 Operating Units & Global Team to develop and execute cohesive brand/category creative strategies.

Organizational Impact

Operates as an indirect leader, working with teams across Eurasia & Middle East including IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience), Frontline Marketing, Human Insights, and PAC.

Communication & Influence

  • Regularly engages with Operating Unit Category Leads, IMX Leads, Global and Other OU Creative Strategy partners.
  • Effectively communicates innovative strategic approaches and gains buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Persuades others to adopt new concepts and practices that impact business and sub-functional strategy.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior leadership across the organization.

Experience

  • Significant marketing experience (12–15+ years).
  • Strong consumer understanding and grasp of cultural trends and evolving business needs.
  • Ability to develop liquid ideas into actionable strategy and execution.
  • Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading overall IMX / communication strategies.
  • Preferred background in agency creative or strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and uncover new growth spaces driven by insights and culture.
