Job Responsibilities
Formulate thematic plans and combined items,
Collect fashion information and popular elements to analyse prevailing trends and guide product development in designing, redressing, and choosing.
Complete development planning and product positioning, control costs and quality during development, and continuously optimize products.
Introduce and manage high-quality suppliers to improve the category structure and quality.
Job Requirements
Preferably a bachelor's degree in a field related to fashion design.
At least 2 years of experience in buying.
Skills in analyzing bestsellers and slow movers, identifying potential demand, and responding quickly to the development of new products.
Familiarity with local clothing suppliers and the ability to develop and manage strong supplier relationships.
An open attitude toward development and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of English and Turkish.
